I was looking for help at home and called Marta on a Monday, gave her a quick briefing for an afternoon nanny, and by Wednesday I already had two candidates who matched exactly what I needed. Both were very good and I chose one, and she started the following Monday, so it was fast and simple. We handled the admin ourselves, but Marta was super helpful with the Spain bits like salary, holidays, and even cultural advice since the ladies are from the Philippines, and the conditions were very clear. Price felt average compared to other agencies, and I’m still using the nanny.

I’ve been using this team for about 2 years, starting with home cleaning and then adding the model apartment after I saw they worked well and were trustworthy, to the point I left them the key. They follow the hours and check if there’s anything that needs to be bought for cleaning; sometimes they take care of it directly, or I send it to them. If one of them gets sick they send a substitute, I book them 3 or 4 times every month, and I’ve never had anything break or go wrong. Communication is easy on WhatsApp, even on weekends sometimes, and everything is perfect and recommended.
