I moved to a new place and needed a new bed, and since I don't have a car they picked it up from Maison du Monde, brought it home, assembled it, and took all the packaging. It was a one-day thing with two very fast guys who were super kind and left everything super clean, even taking the boxes. I could try the bed right there - not jumping - just checking it was well installed, and I felt comfortable the whole time. Communication was perfect, they explained everything clearly and we understood each other perfectly, and the price felt worth it.

I used Ana's moving service twice, first when I moved from Portugal to Spain and even my plants got to Spain alive. I used them again for a house move in Barcelona where they came to my place, packed everything, disassembled furniture, and moved it all - they were very careful and friendly. There were works in the street so they could not use the elevator and one big piece from my bed didn't fit the stairs or the old elevator, so they planned it, brought more people, and pulled it up with ropes by hand, super professional. They arrived at 8:30, were very punctual, and the price was actually less than I expected for packing everything, so I always recommend them.
