I first got in touch with Alvaro back when it was just him, and he helped me figure out how to get a NIF, set up the Financas portal and the DGID app even before I paid. Later I used the service to get my NIF and file my taxes, and the platform is very digital savvy with clear how-to articles and quick replies when I open a case. They even helped get a stuck package redirected to their office which wasn’t a listed service, just to solve it, and that felt like they go above and beyond. I needed an NIE quite quickly and doing it on my own was almost impossible - the websites didn’t work and getting an appointment in Barcelona felt like a nightmare. I got in touch by word of mouth through Bonjour Barcelona, and they took care of everything from A to Z: they prepared my whole file, I just had to sign a few documents and go to a bank to pay the tax. The appointment was made in about 10 days and it was super efficient, very responsive, nothing to say. The price felt reasonable compared to lawyers that charge way more, and I’m already passing their contact to friends moving to Spain for their admin stuff.

I had a lot of administrative problems after moving to Spain, and they handled the paperwork for my social security and my administrative records. I emailed them, had a quick call, they understood my request, and I got concrete information in less than 48 hours, and in under a month my documents were in order without me having to run after anyone. We spoke in French which made things much easier, and they were very responsive and professional. I already recommended them to friends, and the only thing still pending is my resident ID, but overall I’m very happy.

I moved to Barcelona with my family without speaking Spanish and doing it alone felt impossible. Laure set up 24-48 hours of visits, my husband saw more than six apartments, and we chose a bright 3-bedroom near the kids’ school that fit our life even if we gave up the little terrace. She handled the lease and all the admin - electricity, water, phone, keys, and follow-up with the owner for small gas and electricity issues - and kept helping after we arrived, super responsive, plus she gave babysitter tips and added us to WhatsApp groups to meet people. Compared with other expat services I checked, the price felt very affordable, and honestly without her this move would have been very, very hard.
