Service: Assisted dog relocation to UK: vaccinations, paperwork, deworming, train guidance
I reached out to Claudia to help me move my dog from Spain to the UK. She was fantastic, to the point, and pretty much guided us through the whole immigration process - vaccinations, all the paperwork, giving the worming pill and the timing. She even told us how to take the train with the dog and when to go, which saved us a headache. Price felt fair and I’d use her again.

Initial Review
Service: Veterinary assessment, acupuncture treatment, dietary advice, diagnostics and surgery coordination.
I found Britta after some really bad experiences with Spanish vets, and she changed my world with how detailed and caring she was even over WhatsApp before we met. She looked at my nearly 12-year-old dog's whole situation - arthritis, limp, bad knee - gave solid advice, set up and managed all the scans and x-rays with a traumatologist, and is coordinating his knee surgery while keeping us in the loop and translating the tricky Spanish vet stuff. She did acupuncture that calmed him in minutes and clearly eased the shoulder and back pain, plus she reviewed his diet, suggested supplements, and even gave me a bone broth recipe that I now cook him which smells disgusting. It’s a bit out of the way for us, but totally worth it for someone this thorough and compassionate who checks in and treats our dog like family.
