I've been visiting Michelle Bond Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic for botox treatments for about two years now, and my experience has been amazing. Dr. Samuel is not only really kind but also highly professional. I appreciate how they don't push to sell; instead, they carefully examine your face before suggesting a treatment that's right for you. Their knowledge shines through in their work. The clinic is consistently clean, which always puts me at ease. Despite the language barrier, the receptionist goes out of her way to be super nice and does her best to communicate effectively – it's quite endearing. I've been very satisfied with the results, which is why I'm a loyal customer who has referred many others to them as well. The process from booking to appointment is smooth, even when rescheduling is needed – plus, they send helpful reminders! Prices are fair for the quality of service received. They have definitely earned my respect with their kind approach and excellent service.
