Service: Sanded, stained, and waterproof-treated teak garden furniture
Pedro sanded, stained, and treated my teak garden furniture to make it more waterproof and to beautify it. He did the job in October and I paid about 220. Absolutely yes, I’m satisfied - it’s the best service I’ve ever had in Portugal. I will rehire him for anything else.

Service: Diagnosed and repaired minor washing machine water leak
I had water leaking from the washing machine and I didn’t know what the problem was. Jason replied very fast, came the next day, explained the price if it was a major problem or a minor problem, and it turned out to be a minor one. He fixed it in about 15 minutes and charged the smaller amount, around 20-30 euros. I was very happy with the experience.

Service: On-site assessment and quote for balcony waterproofing

Service: Bathroom repairs: installed shower screen, replaced tiles, repaired leaking toilet
We had a previous bathroom installation done very badly, and Olexander came along and fixed all the problems. He installed a large shower screen, removed broken tiles that had been installed as new and put in new tiles, cutting around pipes and resetting them in the wall. The toilet had been installed incorrectly by someone else and started leaking again - he came within an hour of my call and fixed it straight away, which felt like a miracle after months of stress. Everything he did was really clean, tidy and efficient, and one time we even paid him more because he didn’t charge an emergency call-out; the only tiny thing was communication - his English is fine for the job, but I learned to explain things in a very particular way to be fully understood.

Service: Same-day electrical repair for showroom stove issue
They did some electrical repair work at a showroom of mine in Alicante after the stove had an electrical issue. We called and they came out the same day, showed up about 10 minutes early, and had us up and running within a couple of hours. Communication was really, really good, and they were clean and courteous. The price was right on point at 100 euro, just as listed, so everything went really well.
