Service: Portuguese and english lessons for my staff and for my daughter
I started using ClickTalk Online School for professional reasons because I run a tourism business and we needed English and Portuguese lessons for some of our staff. Katharine set up courses with groups at different levels, from basic to advanced. So far, the feedback has been very positive; I've noticed real progress. The teachers are responsible, punctual, friendly, empathetic and professional. Our employees are so motivated that they even want to continue lessons online during their vacations! I was impressed with the service and decided to use it for personal reasons too. My daughter was struggling with English, so I enrolled her in online classes with other children. They use fun educational games tailored to her needs. The program is very personalized; They started with listening activities before speaking tasks since they assessed her as an introvert and she couldn't read or write yet at that time. Overall, it's been a great experience for both my business and family needs!

Service: 1:1 Face-to-face, conversational and culturally insightful portuguese lessons for over 5 months now
I've been working with Ines for about 5 months and I'm really pleased with how things are going. Since I travel a lot, her flexibility is a huge plus—she's adapted to my schedule whether it's in a park, a cafe, or my office. The sessions usually last an hour and a half and are mostly focused on conversational Portuguese which is exactly what I wanted. She has this great way of blending language lessons with cultural insights which makes learning much more interesting. Ines tailors the lessons to my level and doesn't overload me with grammar unless it's necessary. Her proficiency in English, French, and Portuguese comes in handy too. After living in Portugal for 8 years, I can say that thanks to Ines' engaging teaching style and her broad range of interests that make her an intriguing person to talk to, I've come to understand not just the language but also the culture so much better. She knows how to gauge where you're at emotionally which makes each lesson comfortable yet progressive. Service: Portuguese classes every week for the last 4 years
I've been taking weekly Portuguese lessons with Miguel Flor de Lima for the past four years, and I'm genuinely impressed. He's extremely professional and great at what he does. Even with a full schedule, he's always been accommodating when I needed to change my lesson times. Every class is different and personalized to my learning needs—we use three main books, but Miguel also shares additional materials through Teams and prepares each lesson thoroughly. In our classes, we do a variety of activities; we read news articles, listen to songs, and spend a lot of time discussing the week's events. It feels very tailored to me. I highly recommend his services if you're looking for engaging and well-prepared Portuguese lessons.

I hired Joana as a Portuguese teacher for myself, my mother, and my husband. We had around 5 or 6 sessions with her, both in person and online. She was incredibly helpful and had a knack for breaking down the complexities of Portuguese articles. Joana made it easy to pick up basic conversational skills to use at the cafe, which was great for beginners like us. She's very friendly and communicated clearly—honestly, there's nothing negative I could say about her teaching methods. We loved how she incorporated additional resources like creative videos and music into our learning process. We stopped our lessons only because we needed to cut expenses upon moving to Portugal; otherwise, we would definitely continue with her services!
