I needed urgent help with my autonomous situation after moving here, and Ricky met me in person at a clean, professional office and in one hour explained more than I’d gotten in two years. He spoke fluent English, gave clear instructions, asked for the docs he needed, and within about 48 hours he got me deregistered and handled the Form 036 and other filings - he didn’t back-burner me and even answered a side question about future inheritance. He also explained I don’t need to reregister if I only take sporadic autonomous work, and when the estimate missed the deduction from the initial consult, they fixed it right away and apologized. Price felt fair and competitive, communication was great, and I’ll reach out to them again when I need tax help.

Service: Business setup consulting and accounting support for an expatriate client
I’m an expatriate and needed to set up my own company to keep working as a consultant for my former employer, and the first video call went very well so I decided to go with them. They guided me through the creation part with real support and trainings - they don’t do everything for you, it’s more of a 50-50 where they answer questions quickly and make you responsible so you become autonomous, and they were super reactive whenever notifications came in. Since then they’ve been handling the accounting follow-up, with tools where I upload all my documents, and even though we weren’t in the same city I never felt alone. The creation part felt fair in price, while the monthly follow-up feels a bit expensive for me because my accounting is very simple, but for someone with more complex needs and using more services it probably balances out.
