Service: Mortgage acquisition support and consultation during remote coordination
I was abroad for part of the process, so coordinating calls was complicated, but they were always aware of the time difference and made it work with my remote situation. The service is expensive, but it was worth it because I did get the mortgage and I don’t think I would have gotten it on my own or with the same conditions. Their professionalism was very, very good and I always felt they had a lot of availability. I’m very satisfied and happy with the result.

Service: Provided comprehensive real estate and mortgage brokerage services
I used Jordi and his company to buy a house last year. He acted as my agent from start to finish - viewing and appraising multiple properties with me, explaining everything clearly, negotiating the price and contracts, managing the exchange and sorting the mortgage. I trusted him a lot, he was thorough, gave solid analysis on the investment, and was always available on WhatsApp with great English, which made a process in another language feel very smooth. He charges a fixed fee rather than commission and for what you get it felt very good value, especially since he negotiated more off the price than his own fee.
