Service: Tax and accounting for jewelry retailer, VAT and international support
I've been working with Ikram for about two years for my company that sells jewelry in Spain. They handle all my accounting and taxes in this sector's specific regime, give clear advice, warn me about IVA and domiciliation, remind me about the IVA model so I have money in the account by the correct date, and we work hand in hand on international operations. Communication is fast, no delays, and I always feel supported - price feels fair. I found them through a contact and I keep recommending them to people around me.

Service: Business setup consulting and accounting support for an expatriate client
I'm an expatriate and needed to set up my own company to keep working as a consultant for my former employer, and the first video call went very well so I decided to go with them. They guided me through the creation part with real support and trainings - they don't do everything for you, it's more of a 50-50 where they answer questions quickly and make you responsible so you become autonomous, and they were super reactive whenever notifications came in. Since then they've been handling the accounting follow-up, with tools where I upload all my documents, and even though we weren't in the same city I never felt alone. The creation part felt fair in price, while the monthly follow-up feels a bit expensive for me because my accounting is very simple, but for someone with more complex needs and using more services it probably balances out.

Service: Managed financial and administrative tasks, facilitated medical assistance during an accident
I work in forestry and I'm not someone who can spend much time on the computer or doing management, so they handle all my economy and procedures like cars and presenting the rent. I just call and in a moment they fix what I need; since they teamed up, between the two they cover everything I need day to day and year to year. I even had a work accident, broke an arm, and they dealt with the mutual, did all the paperwork, and even took me to the doctor so I didn't have to talk to anyone. Price felt phenomenal and honestly I couldn't live without them.
