Service: Managed small investment fund and provided insurance services
I met Pauline some time ago and she helped me with insurance and is managing a small investment fund for me. She is a good professional, very expressive and open, and she keeps me up to date with the variations of the two things I have with her by email and when we see each other. It’s not much what I have invested, but I’m happy, and she offered me better conditions than I had before so the price felt fair. Overall very good on a personal and professional level, I feel confident and well informed.

Service: Assisted with digital certificate setup remotely
I used Francesco to get my digital certificate set up remotely instead of waiting in line at a physical office. At first I messaged on WhatsApp and didn’t get a reply for a few days, but when I emailed he replied within minutes and took care of everything. It was extremely convenient and professional, super fast on email. I’d use him again and recommend him.

Service: Presented private medical insurance options with English-language client support
We have an office specialized in foreigners, and since the law requires private medical insurance, he contacted me to offer the insurance services he collaborates with and came to our office. They explained what it includes and how our communication would work when I pass clients, and we also looked to see if we decide to change companies; he explained everything perfectly and came very punctual to the meeting. What I like is that he speaks perfect English, because many of our clients don’t speak Spanish and need people to explain in their native language, and here not everyone speaks English. On price, it depends on the product and the pocket of each person, but I look for service first and, compared with the market and my experience with other entities, it felt fair.
