Service: Master massage by Laura Parmel at Ocean Spa
I go to Ocean Spa for the master massage with Laura Parmel, and I've been going for more than 5 years. I'm a dancer and actress, and she really listens and attends to what my body needs in the moment, always giving me the best attention. The space has perfect facilities and they've been flexible with schedules, so I feel comfortable every time. Price feels fair for what they give.

Service: Physiotherapy treatment for serious and permanent spine disorder with nerve and bone damage
I first saw Ana in September and the whole process - communication, making the appointment, and the friendliness and accessibility of the staff - was very easy. She's been amazing and has helped me tremendously with a specific back issue, with exercises and home care instructions that actually work; I was going once a week and now I see her twice a week. The clinic is close to me, easy to find in a peaceful area, very clean and modern, with a good-size studio and lots of natural daylight. I'm very satisfied and would recommend her, and the price felt fair.

Service: Provided prenatal Reboso massage therapy for high-risk pregnancy
I met Juliette at a French-speaking center and went back to her for a prenatal Reboso when I got pregnant again in a high-risk context. She is extremely empathetic, took time to talk first, explained each step, served me a tisana, and adapted the care to what I needed. The Reboso felt enveloping, very soft yet strong with the fabrics, really centering and giving a sense of security, and afterward she gave me water and something to eat and time to recover with helpful advice. Not cheap for Barcelona but absolutely reasonable for the time and personalized care.

Service: Shiatsu massage for holistic well-being
I go to her for Shiatsu massage for holistic well-being, and it's wonderful, amazing. She has such a good energy, not just a massage person but also like a psychologist and an energy person, she asks how I am and how my week is, and it's nice talking to her. She knows where to press, all the Chinese medicine thing, and it actually helped me with constipation - a couple of hours after the massage I could go. Price feels very reasonable, and I keep coming back in Barcelona.

Service: Provided Elite massage services in a beauty salon
I've been twice for the Elite massage and it was absolutely fantastic. The salon is in a super nice building with a relaxed vibe, very clean, and the massage bed had a heated pad which was really nice. His technique feels like his own concept and I've had massages all over the world, this is one of the top ones and I definitely recommend it. I booked online, he was ready even when I got there 10 minutes early both times, I grabbed the 8-session monthly package because I liked it so much, the price feels fair, and we spoke in a mix of English and Spanish.

Service: Therapeutic massage and wellness
She's my favorite massage therapist — highly professional, intuitive, and sensitive, making every session deeply calming and rebalancing. Her massage oils and products are top quality, and she always gives 100%. With more than 35 years of experience, she brings both professionalism and a warm, personal touch to everything she does. Carrie is also very active in the local Spanish community, organizing amazing workshops for pregnant women and mothers, as well as creative networking events. She's a singer too, always doing such cool and inspiring things! Sometimes she runs on "Spanish time," but it's absolutely worth it, every massage is worth every euro, and her prices are fair and at market level. A wonderful person and a true professional, I couldn't recommend her more highly!
