I had a very good experience with Mariona. We met face to face twice - first she revised my blood work and what we discussed, then she gave me recommendations for lifestyle and some good supplements and kept following up on WhatsApp to see how I was doing. I liked her soft approach and how she adjusted to what I was experiencing, like suggesting I add a spoon of olive oil with my morning coffee since I do not eat in the morning, and to try vegetarian dinners which has been helping my sleep. Price felt fair and I am still following several of her recommendations and taking one of the supplements she suggested.

Service: Diagnosed food intolerances with machine and prescribed dietary plan
I met her through my sister and after 10 years of seeing medical doctors, acupuncturists, nutritionists and naturopaths, nobody could help me until her. From the first session she put a real diagnostic on my digestive issues with her machine, pointed out my intolerance to glucose and gave me the right dietary plan. I saw her four times over about a year and it took patience - around four or five months before I felt things change - and a stool test I did later, which was super expensive, confirmed exactly what she had said. She really changed my life and I was happy to follow her instructions from day one to the end.

I worked with Tiffany for naturopathy and nutrition, and in the middle of our consultations I got pregnant, so she did a 360 and completely adapted the treatment and follow-up. We met in person and on video, and she also answered my voice notes on WhatsApp about supplements, did workshops that were very well explained, and even looked at technical details like my budget for food supplements so everything was clear. I followed her recommendations on supplements and food and when I got to birth and postpartum I was not in a state of intense fatigue - it’s my second child and I really felt the difference compared to my first when I was not accompanied. She is professional, flexible, very nice, communicates clearly, and the price felt very reasonable for the time she spent.
