I’ve been going to Ana for about five years for all sorts of medical stuff, and she’s very kind, empathetic, and professional. She helped me with leg pain and sent me for an x-ray, gave me medication for my eye and skin, did tests when needed, wrote a prescription in a weekend emergency, and she follows up - she keeps notes and remembers things months later. Communication is great: she speaks perfect English, is usually on time, calls back, and I can message her through the clinic app and she replies. The price feels fair, and I keep choosing her because she actually listens and takes the time instead of rushing you out.

Service: Physiotherapy sessions for knee injury
I found Koen through my husband, who had seen him for physiotherapy, and I started going when I had a knee injury. I’ve been seeing him for a couple of years now and had a really good recovery, and I continue to see him. It is expensive but it’s a good service. Communication and attitude were excellent, and he was generally on time.
