Service: Event photography and social media launch planning and content creation
I hired Isabella to work with me on the photography side while I was launching my events with a catering partner - I do the cocktails. I asked for a full image of the event and she took care of everything: the image, planning, setup, plus reels, videos, photos and online posts, and it was perfect. She is very organized, very focused, very fast, even waiting on me sometimes, and she stepped up and planned things without me asking; we did everything by video calls and phone and she was always on point. Price felt fair and it also felt like a bit of companionship between us since we had worked together before.

Service: Live graphic recording at events, with background organizational support
I did two or three events with Christoph as part of a facilitation team, and it was a great collaboration. He was our graphic facilitator, listened for three days, and drew everything live on big analog walls with pens, then shared digitized images that looked like the real thing. He also helped in the orga in the background, and participants loved seeing their sentences and ideas turned into pictures and words, which made the event feel special and gave everyone a lasting memory. It was expensive, but for this kind of work it felt within the normal range and worth it.

Service: Book club brand identity and pitch deck; consultancy photography and identity
I hired Karina twice - first to create the visual brand identity for a book club I’m launching with two friends, and later for my own brand. For the book club she did an initial call, sent a brand questionnaire, showed an initial sketch, iterated with our feedback, and delivered brand guidelines with a logo, a color scheme and even a pitch deck that really translated our vision. For my own business she came to my house to take photos, prompted me into natural poses, did the editing, and after a consultation and mood board she built a brand identity exactly how I envisioned for my website and socials. Communication was easy and professional, there was a brief slowdown when she was sick but she explained and we caught up, and overall the experience was great and the price felt fair.

Service: Rebranding and marketing strategy for art studio
We worked with Michelle a couple of years ago for a full rebranding of our ceramics art studio. She did the logo, helped with the name and back story, built the marketing strategy, recommended the photographer, and guided us on growing our Instagram - very professional and always on top of communication even after she moved abroad. We met in person and on Zoom, she was punctual and often stayed longer to explain things, and she was great at finding a middle point between my ideas and my mother’s so we were both happy. Price felt fair, and I still get DMs where people ask who did our rebranding, so I always recommend her.

Service: Live painting performance during art exhibition in Lisbon.
We brought in Alice to do a live painting during an exhibition in Lisbon to compliment a live performance. She set up easily, told us what we needed, painted while a dancer and a girl singing performed, and she interacted with people but kept working, really capturing the essence of the event and the artist. The painting reflected the ocean and water theme, this blue line where you kind of see a mermaid person inside, and it sold right after the show. We even used it later in a workshop to project AI on top of it, and I loved how she stayed true to her own style while fitting perfectly into the scene.

Service: Costume design and styling, custom dressmaking, production design support
I’m a filmmaker and have worked with Juliette on a few projects for costume design, styling and a bit of production design. On one film she designed dresses for a dream sequence - she got the fabric, sewed them and they were really well crafted, and she was there from pre-production and saw the whole art direction through for almost a year. She’s super talented, very, very diligent, very communicative and responsive, super dynamic and high spirits, very minutious and attentive to detail, and she got along with the whole team which is a big plus. Pricing felt fair and she was flexible on the rate, and overall she’s such a joy to work with.
