Service: Interior design and project management for house renovation
Eva was amazing, really positive experience. She helped with design and project management for a pretty major down to the studs renovation of our five-bedroom house, working closely with the contractor, coordinating suppliers, catching issues early, and keeping the timeline on track. We did all the bathrooms and a lot of specialized design - I’m obsessed with tile - and she did mood boards, color schemes, exterior colors, and brought in her architect partner for drawings, plus all the logistics like sequencing plumbing, floor heating, and when tile could go in. Price felt fair, not bargain pricing, and we probably spent more than the initial quote because we needed her a lot, but the project ran start to finish in about 10 months and it was totally worth it.

The company was great! I liked the team, they did well. Communication was very nice. We wanted some things changed and she did it pretty fast. She was great, the price was fair, it was within the market price, we compared with other companies and hers was fair. She was always on time it was really good result. I would work with her again.

Service: Pre-purchase property inspections, structural assessment, renovation advice with cost estimates
We moved to Portugal and engaged Stefano to visit a few houses with us, since we’re not experts in construction or materials. He checked the building condition, possible problems like moisture and water, gave his opinion, explained what we’d have to do, rough costs, and even suggested possible companies, and he explained everything really well for laypeople. Communication was very proactive, which I really appreciated. In the end we bought an apartment, the price for Stefano felt fair and well structured, not a package where you don’t know what’s in it.
