Service: Administrative assistance for NIS and health number processing
I worked with Filipa to handle some documents and errands I had with the NIS and my health number. She explained basically how to pay the NIS, issued that, and got everything done very quickly. It was really helpful and very unproblematic from start to finish. Price felt fair.

Service: Helped move and take care of all the paperwork
Moving can be a daunting process, but Marta made it effortless. From handling the paperwork for our move and marriage in Portugal to arranging dentist appointments, she truly took care of everything. I completely trust her dedication and resourcefulness, and she’s been an incredible support throughout.

Service: Set up utilities and assisted with painting and handyman tasks
Carolina helped me set up my utilities and get settled, everything from painting to handyman stuff. Her level of detail and consistency is excellent, and she’s intelligent, personable, resourceful, and she gets the job done. I’ve worked with several assistants and she’s actually the best executive assistant I’ve ever worked with. Scheduling was easy and the price felt reasonable for the quality.

Service: Packing assistance for apartment move; intermittent personal assistance for partner
I’m really grateful I found her, honestly one of the greatest finds I’ve made in a while. She helped me with the packing after I sold my apartment and needed to vacate, and my partner also gets some personal help from time to time with no fixed schedule. We shared an advanced package - a 30-hour package - and together we’ve used 48 hours, that’s how helpful she is. Cathy is always punctual, only late in extreme circumstances, and she’s a very receptive listener who can take feedback.
