Service: Ongoing physiotherapy sessions for leg muscle rupture and back pain
Octavia is my physiotherapist, and I see her once a week. We started because I had a muscular rupture in one leg and back problems, and after about three or four months, it's been great - I’ve recovered well. She’s very energetic and very positive, and her work has really helped me regain muscle and improve posture. The price feels very fair for the service I get.

Service: Provided physiotherapy sessions for back and neck pain
I had a good experience with Wesley for my back and neck pain. I saw him a few times and he was very professional and friendly, explaining exactly what he was doing step by step and what I might feel during the pressure and afterward. He also gave me info for after the sessions, and after two days I had no pain at all. I really recommend him.

Service: Osteopathy treatments with dry needling for back and muscle issues
I’m an old professional athlete with permanent back and torn muscle issues, and I met Ferda through a friend. She’s very good at osteopathy and uses dry needles, and she resolved more or less 70-80% of my problems, so I still keep on seeing her. Sessions are long and intense at the start and then more like recovery touches, and she’s very on time - actually better than me - and the price felt very reasonable for the time she gives. Sometimes I think she could use a bigger place so people don’t wait, but overall she’s become a very permanent person in my life.

Service: physiotherapy - lower back pain and glutes and neck
I turned to Mafalda for physiotherapy out of sheer desperation, suffering from lower back, glute, and neck pain. I found her through a Google search and can honestly say she's been excellent at addressing my issues. Mafalda has also treated five or six of my friends and many more in the expat community with great success. She's not only professional and thorough but also travels to her clients and speaks English fluently, making communication easy. What really sets her apart is her ability to pinpoint the root cause of the problem and not just treat symptoms. Even during Covid times, she showed up with a mask, ready to help. I'm thoroughly impressed with her dedication to resolving health issues completely.

Service: Provided personalized in-home pain relief and strengthening massages
I started seeing Flavia in early August, almost every week on and off, and she is very good with chronic pain and spine issues. She comes to my home, it is very personalized, and she helped me get stronger. Her on the spot pain relief massages have been fabulous for when I am having very bad pain days. She was above and beyond.

Service: Physiotherapy
Vanessa did the massaging on me and then gave me exercises to do at home, and that helped me a lot. She asked me a lot of questions first to find out exactly what the problem was, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated when booking. The clinic was very clean and everything was perfect, I had no complaints. I didn’t notice improvement after the session, and I suppose people are never happy with the price, but overall I was very happy with the service.
