Service: Visa application consulting and document submission assistance
I found them online, I think on Instagram, and after a lot of investigation and several talks with their assistants who walked me through the whole process, I decided to hire them for my visa application. From the beginning they gave me options, told me I was free to check other routes, and kept me updated while I gathered and submitted documents. They even helped me with a few things they were not supposed to and were not being paid to, and in the end it worked. Price felt fair to me and about the same as others, and it was what I could afford.

My son got his residency confirmed, better than I expected. I had two discovery calls about 40 minutes each and they didn’t charge me, and they helped me get all my documents together. Ilya is their Portuguese bureaucracy expert and he was wonderful, and Olga, the lawyer, even drove me to the appointment - the rules changed so she couldn’t come in, but she went above and beyond. Lavinia helped coordinate everything, communication was great, very professional, and the price felt fair.

I had a video call on Google Meet for visa and relocation advice. I needed to know which visa would let us move to Portugal, and they gave me two options plus clear steps on how to do it properly, which was way more helpful than trying AMA and the usual legal channels. They were honest that the best path means it will take longer than we thought, so we are not moving ahead right now, but I can’t fault the guidance. The intro call was free, it was excellent, and I would use them again.
