Service: Multilingual medical consultations with prompt scheduling and thorough follow-up
I was very well attended at Turo Park Clinics. It’s one of the few centers that is always available, even on weekends, and being international mattered to me because I could be attended in my official language. They adapted to my schedule without any waiting and I was immediately granted access, the follow-up was very nice and honestly it was a lifesaver. The price felt very correct for me and overall it was really fantastic.

Service: Personalized nutrition coaching addressing diabetes, thyroid, bloating, brain fog
I had four video-call appointments with Tatiana. Before we started she sent a long survey about my symptoms like brain fog and bloating, and during the sessions she explained what foods might be triggering them and how to adjust my habits; the meetings were supposed to be an hour but she often stayed longer to make sure I understood. I have type 2 diabetes and a thyroid problem, and she helped me figure out what I should eat with those, sending follow-up videos with tea suggestions and simple exercises to relax, so it felt like a total educational service. She was on time and very nice, and I honestly learned a lot; I joined through an Instagram promo contest.

Service: Psychotherapy for expat adjustment difficulties and anxiety
I moved abroad and was finding it hard to readjust - I was getting quite anxious and kind of lost my identity, so I got a referral to speak to Brent at Pathfinder Therapy. The plan was very structured, and he spent a lot of time getting to know me and my background, which helped me become very steady and feel relaxed. Previously I felt under the microscope with therapists who wanted to stick labels on everything, but with Brent it felt very natural and I felt secure and safe. He was there on time, maintained boundaries really well, and wrote back when he promised - price felt more than fair.

Service: Provided psychological counseling sessions
I saw her for therapy for about five years with some breaks, and she really helped me a lot. From the start she put me at ease, really listened, and the sessions felt very personalized; we could switch between French and Spanish when needed, and the room is pleasant. She is very professional, available, adapts when I need to reschedule, and she was always on time. I recommended her to others who were satisfied, and the price felt fair with only a small increase over the years.

Service: Provided coaching sessions in person in the 18th arrondissement of Paris
I started working with Emma around May or June last year, in person at her office in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, after a former roommate recommended her. She listens, makes you feel comfortable, called me back immediately the first time, and before each appointment she sends a message the day before to confirm the place and time - always very polite and very kind. She shares her experience and gives references like books or blogs related to psychology or coaching, and her analysis is very fine while respecting each person, so the efficiency is there compared to others I tried before. It’s a bit more expensive than some psychologists, but for one-hour sessions that actually move things I keep going, and I’d rather stay with her even if she moves than look for someone else.

Service: Structured counseling sessions addressing expat-related challenges over five months
As an expat, I wanted to talk to someone who gets the expat life, and Klaudia really did. She was empathic in some difficult times, the sessions were structured with a clear beginning and end, and over about five months I saw steady progress and felt I could finish without needing more. Communication and timing were never an issue, she was always on time. Price felt in the same range as others - of course it would be nice if it were cheaper - and overall it was a very positive experience.
