Service: Yoga classes focusing on vinyasa, hatha, and mobility workshops
I’ve been practicing with Tissel for years, first met her through ClassPass, and I love how she mixes vinyasa, hatha, and mobility/kine stretch. Her small classes at her home space feel almost like a private session, she shares the topic each Monday on a WhatsApp group and runs classes Tuesday and Thursday, and the price feels fair compared to bigger studios. I did her handstand workshop - I was really afraid before, but with her tips I can do it now and I feel more confident and still practice at home. The location is great too, on a pedestrian street near the metro and a nice area to walk and grab a drink after.

Service: Yoga instruction tailored for different skill levels and needs
I met Mika when she taught yoga in our condo, and a group of us practiced with her weekly for about three years. Her sessions were always tailored to advanced, beginner, or people with injuries, and she could do vinyasa, hatha, and sometimes incorporated, I can never say the word, but like yoga lattes or a bit of pilates. She never makes you feel like you don't know what you're doing, she always finds a way for you to do yoga no matter your skill level. Classes usually had at least eight people, the price was very reasonable compared to studios, she was always on time, and the only time she cancelled was after a bike accident.

Service: Personalized Pilates therapy for back pain, online workshop with corrections
I was recommended to SooHui for acute back pain and her personalized Pilates really helped me function day to day. In our first session she took a photo, guided me through very gentle movements, and by the end my range of movement was visibly better even though my back muscles had been locked. I’ve seen her in person and also joined a small online workshop with cameras on where she corrected us in real time, plus she follows up and answers questions, and the mix of packages and group options made the price feel fair. I keep doing the exercises she taught me and when the pain flares up she’s the first person I go to.

Service: Pilates on the mat sessions for core and structural muscles training
I did Pilates on the mat with Julia a couple of times while I was training for an Ironman, and it was great. She really got me working on the smaller core and structural muscles, not just the big gross movements, and I felt challenged on strength, balance and stability rather than cardio. The space is clean with nice lighting, and communication is rapid and on the spot; she speaks fluent English and she’s German. Price felt within range for expats, maybe a bit expensive for a local, but overall really, really good and I’ve already recommended her.
