Service: Provided coaching to address binge eating disorder through personalized emotional support
I reached out years ago for binge eating disorder and I’ve stayed because what she does is life-changing. She didn’t give me a meal plan - she was very patient and coached me on the emotional side, helped me understand why certain foods hit me the way they do (like how ice cream tied to childhood comfort), and gave me tools I still use during meals. I started with a group program that built community, came with homework and check-ins, then moved into one-on-one sessions mostly online with a couple in person. I’d tried nutritionists and psychologists before and nothing clicked, but this did and felt totally worth it, her time and knowledge are real and I recommend her to anyone stuck like I was.

Service: Mental health coaching services in Barcelona
I’ve been working with Virginia weekly for about three years here in Barcelona for mental health coaching, and she’s super accommodating and personalizes everything. Each session she asks what I need, checks in for feedback, and even adjusts frequency and length with a special time window, plus she creates a really safe and supportive atmosphere. When I ask, she recommends books or podcasts, and I get a day-before prompt asking what I want to bring into the session, which keeps it organized and gets me reflecting beforehand. Pricing feels affordable and she’s very clear when there are price changes, so I’m sticking with her.

Service: Fertility coaching and psychological support, peer groups, local healthcare referrals
Clearly for me, Stephanie was one of my key experiences in Spain. PNI is very, very difficult to live with and in France you haven’t any psychological support, so she was really a key to my wellness and she organized a group of other women who live with the same thing. When I was in Spain and I didn't speak Spanish, I had a problem and needed an osteopath, and she found it for me and was very helpful all this time, for 3 years and a half. The price is a bit expensive but when it works, it’s ok for me, and without her I think I would be in a kind of depression or something very bad.

Service: Gestalt therapy sessions with a personalized treatment plan
I used Myri as a gestalt therapist and it was great. I had a personalized treatment plan and regular sessions at her home, which felt very comfortable and safe, and she is very warm, professional, and really special as a coach and therapist. Communication was excellent, she was on time, and the price felt fair. I didn’t know what to expect since it was my first time, but she helped me a lot and I would absolutely recommend her.

Service: Coaching and couples therapy sessions
I worked with Sharlene for both coaching and couples therapy. We started together with my partner, but he got overwhelmed with work and bowed out, so she and I continued to work on my side of the equation. I really enjoyed her way of handling things - very professional, organized, dedicated, warm and understanding - and when we had to pause during a super stressful move and starting a new company, she suggested we just pause instead of canceling, checked in now and then, and was never pushy. For what I paid it felt fair, and I think I would have had even more results if I had managed to do it more regularly.

Service: Provided coaching sessions in person in the 18th arrondissement of Paris
I started working with Emma around May or June last year, in person at her office in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, after a former roommate recommended her. She listens, makes you feel comfortable, called me back immediately the first time, and before each appointment she sends a message the day before to confirm the place and time - always very polite and very kind. She shares her experience and gives references like books or blogs related to psychology or coaching, and her analysis is very fine while respecting each person, so the efficiency is there compared to others I tried before. It’s a bit more expensive than some psychologists, but for one-hour sessions that actually move things I keep going, and I’d rather stay with her even if she moves than look for someone else.
