Service: Mental health coaching services in Barcelona
I’ve been working with Virginia weekly for about three years here in Barcelona for mental health coaching, and she’s super accommodating and personalizes everything. Each session she asks what I need, checks in for feedback, and even adjusts frequency and length with a special time window, plus she creates a really safe and supportive atmosphere. When I ask, she recommends books or podcasts, and I get a day-before prompt asking what I want to bring into the session, which keeps it organized and gets me reflecting beforehand. Pricing feels affordable and she’s very clear when there are price changes, so I’m sticking with her.

Service: Provided in-person psychology services with personalized approaches and after-session resources
I’ve been one of Andrea’s clients for the past two years and it’s been a very positive experience. I see her in person, and she definitely personalizes her approach for me and has been flexible when my schedule changes. She usually gives me little exercises at the end of each session and sometimes emails resources, which help me between sessions. I’ve been recommending her to other people as well.

Service: Mental health therapy sessions with Adriana Rodriguez
I started seeing Adriana Rodriguez in July and have met with her a few times now. I’m very happy and everything is going perfectly well in the sessions. The space is very comfortable, scheduling is so far so good as she’s flexible and it’s very easy, and she’s always on time. I don’t have anything to compare with here in Spain, but the price feels very fair.

Service: Remote therapy sessions via Zoom for mental health support
I’ve been doing therapy with Inbar on Zoom for about a year and a half since I’m in Israel and she’s there. She’s very smart and brave, super attentive, gets to the important points and works with them, and it feels like a real process that helped me a lot. She really supports me, especially now with everything going on here, and honestly it’s hard for me to leave her - the only thing I miss is being able to give her a hug at the end of every session. Scheduling was easy, we only had a couple of internet hiccups, and I really recommend her, she’s amazing.

Service: Gestalt therapy sessions with a personalized treatment plan
I used Myri as a gestalt therapist and it was great. I had a personalized treatment plan and regular sessions at her home, which felt very comfortable and safe, and she is very warm, professional, and really special as a coach and therapist. Communication was excellent, she was on time, and the price felt fair. I didn’t know what to expect since it was my first time, but she helped me a lot and I would absolutely recommend her.
