Service: Legal support for property purchase: reservation, deposit handling, agent liaison
I started working with Aldo in December on a property purchase and we’re due to finish in February. He helped us through the whole process, from the reservation and deposit to dealing with the estate agents who were a nightmare. He speaks English incredibly well and Spanish too, and he’s been an absolute godsend, just fantastic throughout. Price felt very good for the amount of work, and I’d happily use him again.

Service: Assisted in purchasing a vacation home in Spain, provided property advice and education
I wanted to buy a vacation home in Spain and found Ayuta, and honestly we couldn’t have done it without her. She taught me how things work there - inner vs outer windows, elevators starting on the first floor - and patiently answered my many questions while she and her partner viewed places for us, sent super detailed videos, and dug through documents until she even uncovered one building had lots of city-owned subsidized flats controlling the HOA, so we skipped it. Dimitri mapped the apartment with measurements, marked things like the gas shut-off, and she gave practical setup ideas for a tiny space, like whether a Murphy bed would work based on the wall. She even helped after our contract when we had an electrical issue, guided us on the local offer-counteroffer style, and the price felt fair, especially with the legal team included.

Service: Handled rental contracts and provided legal explanations for expat clients
Eduardo has handled all the rental contracts and administrative parts for my expat clients in Barcelona for 15 years or so, and he’s very easy to work with. He speaks perfect English and explains Spanish legal terms step by step, written or spoken, and if there are any doubts he explains it again so clients feel safe and understood. He’s easy going, not the typical very serious lawyer, and he understands the laws perfectly which has helped us every time we have rented an apartment. Pricing feels fair and I always recommend him when there is legal help needed.

Service: Immigration legal guidance for pareja de hecho application
I hired Alice for immigration lawyer services to do the pareja de hecho, and I’m still at the start of my journey with them. She’s been extremely helpful, really responsive, and there to answer any questions, giving very clear guidance on the legal steps. I think it’ll take about six months and I haven’t paid yet, but so far the meetings have been smooth and professional. The price seems fair to me - another lawyer was a bit cheaper, but I felt this service was more professional.

Service: Business legal support, immigration and NIE assistance, police appointment accompaniment
Carolina and her team are my lawyers and help me with all my legal stuff for my business in Barcelona, plus immigration things like my NIE, visits to the police and Spanish bureaucracy. Everything was smooth, they are always online and I can reach them on WhatsApp, and they come with me to get my NIE renewed and support me with the trespassers of the business as well. They are on time, sometimes even before, to talk me through the meeting since my Spanish is not perfect. Price felt pretty normal, same level as similar services here.

Service: Legal support for property purchase, document review and notary coordination
I contacted Hugo at the end of September for a flat I visited in October, and he answered within the hour and checked the agent’s documents right away. He was extremely transparent and patient, always replying the same day, and he came with me to the first notary appointment and to the signing in December, then handled the follow-up with the notary and the documents. The whole purchase was super stressful but he was with me all along, communication in Spanish (he also speaks English). Price felt fair for this kind of service and I highly recommend him.
