Service: Initially, the service was for a deep cleaning of the house after I bought it, and now it is regular cleaning and ongoing maintenance of the house.
When I first bought my apartment in Cascais seven years ago, I needed a deep clean before moving in. Inesa from Great Visit Lda came to the rescue. As I settled in Portugal for good, having reliable and consistent housekeeping became crucial for me. Inesa assured me that she could provide regular staff if I committed, and she kept her word. The cleaning team works diligently, tackling tough jobs like the oven and windows without complaint. While they don't speak English, we manage with Google Translate; however, communication with Inesa is seamless as she's fluent and addresses all my needs promptly. The flexibility they offer is a big plus for me – it's one of the reasons why I've been recommending their services to friends. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Great Visit Lda’s cleaning and maintenance service.

Service: Moved from a rental to a big house we bought and I wanted it to be really properly organized.
Moving into a big house was overwhelming, but Paula has been a game-changer. Her deep understanding of my routines and her motivational yet flexible approach make organizing feel achievable without pressure. We've built a great friendship, and I value her fair pricing and the balance she brings to our sessions.

Service: Move-out cleaning of vacated apartment
I hired them to clean an apartment I had moved out of, and it was a last minute situation. They didn’t see the place before coming and I couldn’t stay for updates, but my landlord said everything was great and I did get my deposit back like they guarantee. We originally booked for three hours, I knew it would be at least four, and they ended up staying about seven - it did cost a lot more, but they were very flexible and that was fine. I didn’t see the work myself, still it sounds like they did exactly what they promised.
