Service: Buying an apartment in Almada to rent
I recently purchased an apartment through Yehonatan at Maven, and my experience was very positive. I gave him my budget and the specifications for what I was looking for, and not only did he find a suitable apartment, but he also helped me set up a tax number, bank account, and income tax numbers. When he found the place in Almada, he shared pictures with me and handled everything so efficiently that I felt comfortable giving him permission to finalize the deal on my behalf. I transferred the funds from Israel to my new Portugal account without any issues. Yehonatan even managed to negotiate a better price for me, which was great. Just three months ago, I saw the apartment in person for the first time—it's very nice indeed! He's earned my trust by providing excellent service in Hebrew and even connected me with an accountant. Definitely recommend his services if you're looking to buy property!

Service: Administrative assistance for NIS and health number processing
I worked with Filipa to handle some documents and errands I had with the NIS and my health number. She explained basically how to pay the NIS, issued that, and got everything done very quickly. It was really helpful and very unproblematic from start to finish. Price felt fair.

Service: Set up utilities and assisted with painting and handyman tasks
Carolina helped me set up my utilities and get settled, everything from painting to handyman stuff. Her level of detail and consistency is excellent, and she’s intelligent, personable, resourceful, and she gets the job done. I’ve worked with several assistants and she’s actually the best executive assistant I’ve ever worked with. Scheduling was easy and the price felt reasonable for the quality.

Service: Real estate agent services
I worked with Camille as my real estate agent and everything went great. She was very supportive, gave me great information, and stood by me all the way, just really great to work with. Pricing felt standard for Portugal and she’s willing to work with people, which I appreciated. I’d happily use her again.

Service: Full relocation assistance: apartment search, viewings, lease negotiation, admin setup
I hired César to find an apartment and it was excellent, very full service. He looked for places, selected and visited with me, handled the contract, and helped with all the administrative stories like social security and taxes; I did nothing except show up, give my documents, and sign. They did all to the perfection - best service I've ever seen, I’ve been expat in several countries, exceptional. The price was fine, very simple and straightforward, and I’m already asking him to help with my next move, absolutely recommend.
