Service: Psychologist, Family counselling and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
From my previous experiences with therapy, I felt a bit skeptical, but my sessions with Yulia completely changed my perspective. Her fantastic approach to cognitive behavioral therapy equipped me with solutions and coping mechanisms. She not only connected me with community resources but also ensured financial coverage through local programs, making the whole process seamless and incredibly effective.

Service: Individual and couples therapy
When I turned to Danielle for individual and couples therapy, I was hopeful but cautious. After two years of one-hour online sessions, I've experienced significant improvements and positive results personally and in my relationship. Danielle is communicative, always friendly, and offers fair pricing, making our interactions consistently positive—a service I've recommended to many and will continue to use.

Service: Access Bars therapy session with brief consultation
I went to Alexandra for an Access Bars session in a nice therapy space and it was amazing. The space is beautiful, she’s super friendly, she gave me good directions so it was easy to find, we had a little bit of a talk and then the session, and I felt very, very relaxed after. I really, really needed it and I’m going regularly now. No complaint about the price and I would absolutely use her services again.
