Service: Consulting sessions for nutrition
When working with Kristina, I found her to be a great listener who was incredibly thorough in her call preparation and scheduling. Her creativity and empathy really stood out, which is crucial in the nutrition industry. I'm glad to recognize that the results ultimately depend on me.

Maria was recommended to me by a friend, and I've been a satisfied client for two years. Her nutrition plans have helped me pursue a healthier diet, and she adapts them to fit my lifestyle perfectly. I appreciate her clear explanations and that her clinic is always clean and comfortable.

Service: Personalized nutrition consultation and dietary coaching
Cátia helped me a lot with my nutrition and I really got all the information from A to Z; I felt taken care of and I’m really satisfied. We talked on the phone and had meetings last year in Berlin. I learned that what I always did in the morning was wrong - for example I used to eat milk or yogurt in the evening, but it should be before 2 or 3 pm, and drinking coffee without breakfast is like a bomb for the body. It’s a small thing, but my body immediately thanked me and my life has changed.

Service: Holistic gut assessment, personalized nutrition and herbal guidance, ongoing support
I partnered with Melanie because I have a lot of digestive and gut issues and I wasn't satisfied with the treatment from doctors and hospitals. She did a big intake of my life mentally and physically, asked me more questions than all the doctors put together in 17 years, and dug into things like childhood traumas, mold exposure, and old food poisoning. She customized what I should and should not eat for SIBO and ulcers, helped me modify my diet about 80-85%, cut lactose and most gluten, limit certain fruits and veggies, add herbs and extracts, and even stop drinking tap water, plus clear advice on what not to combine. We still work together and I can text her to check the pros and cons of new ideas, and while it’s not going to work overnight, the support and holistic care have been really helpful.
