Service: Student of Hip hop, Pop dance, contemporary and ballet dance
Jazzy has been my go-to since 2019, and I absolutely love it. It's not just a dance studio; it's a place where I've made friends and found a wonderful community. The space is spacious and the staff is super nice and helpful, treating you more like a friend than a client.

Service: Dance fitness class instruction at a gym
Dafne teaches a dance fitness class at my gym called Dance Feeder, and it’s amazing. She’s patient, has a very good attitude, does a proper warm-up, and it’s a good time and we sweat - I wish I can dance like that. There are two classes right now - Monday at 6 and Thursday - and she even asked everyone about the schedule to make it work, plus she starts on time but is flexible if the group chat says folks are running late. Price feels very affordable, and we’re even learning a routine for an 80s and 90s party where the DJ will play our song and we’ll all jump in like a little mob dance; she switches between Portuguese and English which helps.

Service: Gives ldance lessons to my chidren
I first met Florence when she organized my daughter's birthday, and now she's my daughter's dance teacher. My daughter loves her classes and has been performing in the annual show for three years. Florence has a great connection with the kids, creating an inclusive atmosphere with excellent music choices.

Service: Biodance classes every week since 2019
Since 2019, I've been attending weekly Biodance classes that have been crucial for my self-awareness and personal growth. Danielle is an outstanding facilitator, and after trying other classes, I can say she's truly unique in how she explains and demonstrates. The environment is warm and inclusive, with a diverse group of regular participants from different ages and nationalities.

Service: Installed state-of-the-art gym facilities and provided high-quality yoga classes
I think the quality of the services and the install is the best I’ve seen in Lisbon. They put in a proper sauna and a cold plunge similar to a polar plunge, worked with Loud on the sound, and the teachers are top, with Cameron as head teacher who makes every class feel like a science class where a little light goes on and I discover how my body works. I used to do gyms in and out, now I grab a coffee, train, then do rehab with sauna and ice bath and end up spending two hours there most days. The weight training area isn’t huge and is more for personal trainer or guided training, which is fine, and the membership feels not expensive to me, though drop-ins can feel expensive.
