Service: Reflexology session due to an issue in my feet tendons
I've known Odete Cruz for a while and have previously used her personal training services, which I admired a lot. Recently, I returned to her for reflexology due to an issue with my tendons that made it difficult for me to move and walk. After just one session focusing on my feet, I've experienced a significant improvement and can now walk much better. Odete is extremely professional, always punctual, and thorough in the services she offers. She's also very friendly and easy to talk to. Her studio is clean, safe, easily accessible by public transport—overall an excellent setting. I'd recommend Odete's services to anyone in need without hesitation!

Service: reflexology treatment
I received reflexology treatment at home from Mélanie, and it was a truly relaxing experience. She was gentle, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, clearly passionate about her work. The convenience of having the treatment at home made all the difference for me, and I learned a lot about reflexology in the process.
