Service: Apartment search and viewings, lease and utilities setup, Spanish translation
Sofia helped us find an apartment in the surrounding area of Madrid - we wanted something more quiet. We reached out about a month before moving, she explained what we needed, average budgets by district, and set up around five visits in different areas until we found our place. She even arranged viewings with owners who didn’t want to work with agencies and then helped with the contract plus water, aerothermia, electricity and internet, which saved us tons of time since our Spanish isn’t at that level. She was always on time, answered even on weekends, and the price felt fair for everything she did.

Service: Assisted with finding a house to buy for relocation purposes
I worked with Daniela and Luis to find a house to buy for my move. I’m extremely happy I found her, perfect support, she did many visits, always hearing my necessity since I have three kids, and explained the area and the schools, she has so many numbers. I’m still in the process and not sure yet if it’s Barcelona or Madrid, but they are helping me with everything. Prices feel expensive in general, but overall I’m very happy with the service.
