Service: Energy healing sessions with Anna, yoga classes with Anna
I got to know Anna through my massage therapist and ended up doing a few energy healing sessions, and I also did yoga with her. Her place is a really nice space that feels like part of nature, with a swimming pool in the summer and a very nice and beautiful luxury vibe. I went there more than 20 times and used to go quite regularly for yoga and massage, though this year I have been busy. It is easy enough to reach by public transport though you have to walk the last 10 minutes, the therapists I met there were really good, and the price felt fair.

Service: One-on-one online guided breathwork sessions
I found Monica on Instagram and did about five breathing sessions with her online. It was very nice and very transformative, the power of breathing when you’re guided and you can let go because you know someone is holding the space. Even though they were online, I felt her very close and like she was taking care of the space so I could open my field, though in person would be even better, like when someone puts a blanket on you instead of doing it yourself. The price felt cheap for one-on-one and very affordable.

Service: Sauna and ice bath contrast therapy session
I was interested in doing contrast therapy, like ice baths, and this was the only place in the city I could find that actually specializes in it. I go for the sauna and ice baths - 10-15 minutes in the sauna, quick shower, then a short ice bath, repeat a couple of times - the place is super clean, looks great, has music, and they keep it from getting too busy, usually about six people max. I usually go in the evening after training and it leaves me relaxed and absolutely shattered, and I sleep like a baby afterwards. Hannah and her partner are really friendly and communication is great, the price is not that expensive, and I’ve kept going back for a couple of months; they also do sports therapy and massage but I haven’t tried those.

Service: Osteopathy sessions for back and neck issues
I’ve seen Anthony a couple of times for various issues with my back and neck, and he is just really wonderful. He listens hard, asks lots of questions to really understand, then literally resolves my issues every single time - I usually only need one session, and he even offers a quick free 10-minute check after. He gives me exercises so I get stronger and don’t have the problem again, and the relief has lasted. He’s very responsive, easy to book online, always on time, professional, and the price felt fair.
